We had a couple of problems and Chase came out and fixed all of the items. He showed up at the expected time and quickly and efficiently took care of everything.

Not an honest guy. Chase the son, quoted us on repairs on a time and material agreement. I agreed to do the digging and filling back in. Showed up at 9 am promptly. Worked until 1230 and then said he was taking off to Home Depot to get a part. 3 1/2 hrs later he comes back. Spends 1 hour finishing the job with a half hour of that laying on the ground or talking on the phone. The original agreement was $98 an hour plus materials. Time and material. When done, he tells me it's gonna be $950 because he spent more time digging. The fact is, he didn't spend any more time, he spent a total of 5 hours. He started making lame excuses. He had to work hard, so apparently that justifies his shady practice of switching the agreement after he's done. He also tried to say he could just charge me for a 9-5 day even when he knew he was gone for 3 1/2 hours. An agreement is an agreement. 5 hours of work ended up being $200 an hr. Chase is not an honest person at all. Taking advantage of people after you made an agreement is bad business. You should be ashamed of yourself. Maybe I'll cancel the check.

Corky’s did a fantastic job with the plumbing in our house during our remodel. They did all the plumbing for a new sink, shower and toilet in two bathrooms and ran water out to our dock. They were very prompt and had very competitive pricing compared to other quotes we received.
