I called on a Saturday morning for my A/C not working. Franz was out first thing the next morning, he was out of town but still answered the call. He assessed the issue and had it fixed in about 10-15 mins. He didn't have the exact part but had one that would get us through until the distributors opened Monday morning. We and our pets were so thrilled to have a cool home again. He came back promptly the next day and finished the job. The price was great and the service even better. I would recommend, Honor Air, 100% with no reservations.

Franz did service on my 2 AC units. He did great job cleaning units and handlers. He cleaned up after himself after attic insulation fell to floor. Others that I have used never cleaned up after themselves.
