Johnson Family Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Had an emergency and was going down the list of 24hr plumbers. No answers or leave message. Message given and nobody called back. Finally got to Johnson Family plumbing A real person answered the phone. She was super nice and listened then gave me options with estimates so I knew what we might be looking at. Scheduled appointment 7am the next morning and her husband was here at 7am. This never happens here. Husband was super nice. My situation seemed simple but ended up being a bigger job but he fixed every issue and explained every step along the way… We found them through a Facebook group in our area. Called and got a quote on the phone. Michael showed up the next day and did a great job plus replaced two shut offs that weren’t originally discussed for the original quoted price. They were $650 cheaper than the original quote I got from another company. Looks and works great. Will definitely be the go to from now on.

Michael installed several TOTO Neorest smart toilets for us. These can be challenging, but he handled them with ease. The results look great and work flawlessly. David also installed an RO unit under our sink, and his attention to detail in arranging it to stay clean and accessible really stood out. Pricing was clear and fair, and you can have full confidence in their work.

I received a referral to Michael (Mike) from someone who works for my HOA. I called Mike thinking he was a contractor and he answered my call. He listened to my issue and where I live. Mike was able to provide a spot-on quote over the phone.He told me the business name so I could research. Great ratings! Mike arrived on time, gave me his card, and looked everything over. He consulted with me and was courteous, calm and positive. He chiseled away the concrete, went to work on the rotten pipe, and when Mike finished the repair was beautiful. The plumbing job was checked and double checked. Perfect. And the invoice was right in line with the quote. A reliable, honest plumbing company. Highly recommend.

I know I can trust them so there is no need to shop around, as I have done in the past. I’m not only saving money with their honest pricing, but I’m saving time not having to shop around, which is so important to me; especially with one of my past jobs being a time sensitive leak. What a wonderful company from the lady that answers the phone, to the owner and the workers! Everyone was so polite and respectful, and on time. They explained everything to me from the beginning and through the whole process and got my plumbing issues resolved! I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!
