Dennis saved us!!! Two weeks into a 9 week trip in our FR Georgetown, the motor on our steps died & steps would not retract. Also motor to bedroom slide died & slide would not go out. Leaving us unable to get to clothes & meds in closets & drawers. Over 1400 miles from home. Hubby searched and found Dennis. He took time out of his busy day to look at our motorhome. Ordered parts on Thursday. They arrived Monday AND he worked until 8:30 pm to get us back on road tomorrow & completing our trip. Plus a very fair price. The service man that was sent was very knowledgeable. He did not waste time and discerned the problems very quickly. He was very professional and friendly. He also showed me some little tricks to use in case I ever had problems with my water heater again. I thought his pricing was very competitive compared with other service men I have called and did not fix my problem. I will call My RV Repair Guy any time I have anything wrong with my travel trailer.
