He piped me while going on an on about his time in Iraq. Although he did a good job in my bathroom, I overheard him using a couple cuss words. Also, I never saw a single one of his sons with him. Talk about false advertising. Sheesh. I will be going back to LaPensee after this experience.

We received a letter from insurance after purchasing a new home that tap flexible lines had to be replaced within 30 days or insurance would be cancelled. We were leaving within a few days to return to our home in Canada. Spoke with John and he arranged for immediate service to get this looked after. I’m a first time (not last) customer Josh was excellent, job done quickly and professionally with fair pricing. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!!

This is a good company that does good work with fair pricing, but I am taking off two stars because they are *not* dependable. I had issues the first time I used them and hoped it was a fluke. The second time I had an issue, they said they would call me back (twice), but I never heard from them. So frustrating. I don't know how they do this regularly and stay in business. I will not be using them again. :(

In Florida it is generally a hassle to find good contractors. If you like contractors who return calls promptly, come out quickly, do great work, and offer the most reasonable prices, this place is for you. I needed a hot water heater quickly. I had a list of 4 contractors to get quotes from after researching them all. The first and second ones quoted me nearly twice what Picard quoted, and were using inferior units. Contractor 3 never called me back. Picard came out the next day, was a pleasure to deal with, and the unit is working fine. They are my new plumber, no need to look elsewhere.

Christmas Night at 8pm, was almost a disaster! I had 16 people at my house and was busy cooking in the kitchen when my daughter came and told me something was wrong with both toilets in our house. Both toilets were leaking water from underneath, both bathrooms and hallways were flooded, and the sewer was backing up in both bathtubs! I started calling every plumber in Bradenton that advertised 24 hour emergency services. John is the only one that called me back, and he called back within 10 minutes!! I couldn't believe my luck, until he showed up not even 20 minutes later. I explained to him that I had just had a similar problem a week before and spent over $500 "fixing" it. He suspected that the issue wasn't what the previous plumbers told me, and got right to work. He correctly determined that the issue was actually with the County line, out in the street. He had me call the Emergency line for the County and they came out at midnight to begin their repairs. John stayed right there with me to make sure no one gave me the run-around. This added about 2 hours to his time, which he didn't even charge me for. He was so professional and caring. His work ethic is incredible and I wish we could clone him! DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE IF YOU NEED A PLUMBER!! The service and price don't get any better than this! He didn't even charge me a surcharge for having to come out on Christmas day, even though I was desperate and fully prepared to pay it!
