They are professional, courteous, timely, and I will definitely be using them for all future plumbing needs, as well as recommending them to all. It is no wonder they have 100, 5 star reviews. Maria was very responsive with scheduling and her and her husband Mark were both out the very next day. With marks knowledge, they fixed a molded pipe section that others said would be an issue. Mark Rowe5 StarNeeded a new gas water heater to satisfy homeowners insurance. Called a lot of plumbers and home stores for prices. Prices averaged $2,200. Rocco’s came in at a whole lot less! Even gave me a quote over the phone based on the photos I sent. Communication with Maria was the best. In and out, no mess and took the old water away! Call this husband and wife team. Vicky Anchinsko5 StarWe needed a new hot water heater, and decided to get a new toilet, as we had an older one in the guest bathroom that used too much water. I contacted Ricco’s and Maria got back to me quickly. I sent her pictures and she came up with a very reasonable estimate to install both the heater and toilet. We bought the toilet from Home Depot. They bought the hot water heater. The communication was great during this time of waiting for the appointment. She and Mark showed up on time, worked quickly and left no mess. Plus, they are super nice and friendly. They hauled away the old hot water heater. We will dispose of the toilet once we get rebate from Manatee County.
We will have them come back in the future to install a new kitchen sink and faucet.
All in all, a pleasant experience. It’s nice to meet honest, hardworking people.Thursday 14th March 2024
